Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine carrot sticks, brown sugar, water, olive oil, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl and toss well.
- Transfer the mixture into an 8×8-inch baking dish, spreading the carrots evenly.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and tender.
Notes
