- 6 tablespoons salted butter
- 16 ounces Jet-Puffed Marshmallows
- 7 cups Kellogg's Rice Krispies Cereal
- 12 ounces white chocolate chips or bright white candy melts
- ⅓ cup corn syrup
- 1 red food coloring marker
- Liquid red food coloring
- 16 teaspoons marshmallow fluff
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan and add marshmallows, stirring until smooth.
- Mix in Rice Krispies until well-coated, then pour into a greased baking pan.
- Let cool for 1 hour, then cut into circles with a cookie cutter.
- Melt white chocolate and combine with corn syrup, knead into modeling chocolate.
- Roll out modeling chocolate, cut into circles, and mark laces.
- Decorate with food coloring, allowing to dry.
- Assemble by adding marshmallow fluff to each circle and topping with a modeling chocolate circle.
Notes
Thoroughly coat the Rice Krispies for the right texture.
Refrigerate modeling chocolate briefly if too sticky.
Allow cooling time for easier cutting.
