Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons salted butter
  • 16 ounces Jet-Puffed Marshmallows
  • 7 cups Kellogg's Rice Krispies Cereal
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips or bright white candy melts
  • ⅓ cup corn syrup
  • 1 red food coloring marker
  • Liquid red food coloring
  • 16 teaspoons marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a saucepan and add marshmallows, stirring until smooth.
  • Mix in Rice Krispies until well-coated, then pour into a greased baking pan.
  • Let cool for 1 hour, then cut into circles with a cookie cutter.
  • Melt white chocolate and combine with corn syrup, knead into modeling chocolate.
  • Roll out modeling chocolate, cut into circles, and mark laces.
  • Decorate with food coloring, allowing to dry.
  • Assemble by adding marshmallow fluff to each circle and topping with a modeling chocolate circle.

Notes

Thoroughly coat the Rice Krispies for the right texture.
Refrigerate modeling chocolate briefly if too sticky.
Allow cooling time for easier cutting.
