Instructions
- Simmer rhubarb and water for 10 minutes.

- Strain the mixture into another pot.
- Return diluted liquid to heat and mix in sugar until dissolved.
- Cool the syrup completely.
- Rim the glass with lime and Himalayan salt.
- Combine tequila, lime juice, and syrup over ice.
- Stir and garnish with lime slices and rhubarb strips.
