Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon tabasco or similar hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • chopped green onions for garnish optional

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well until fully incorporated.
  2. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
  3. Taste before serving and adjust seasoning as needed. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

For best flavor, make the sauce a day in advance.
Feel free to adjust the spiciness by adding more or less hot sauce.
