Instructions
- Combine water, white vinegar, granulated sugar, and kosher salt in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat and then simmer for 15 minutes.
- Wash and cut cucumbers into four spears.
- Pack jars with cucumber spears, dill, garlic, and spices.
- Pour cooled brine into jars, ensuring cucumbers are submerged.
- Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before enjoying.
