- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 bottles dry rosé wine
- 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 cup peach nectar
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup Grand Marnier liqueur
- 1/4 cup raspberry liqueur
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 and 1/2 cups fresh raspberries (plus more for garnish)
- 1 and 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, quartered (plus more for garnish)
- 2 large peaches, thinly sliced
- 1 large lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 large lime, thinly sliced
- 1 large orange, thinly sliced
- Ice (if desired)
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish (if desired)
Instructions
- Combine sugar and water in a saucepan; bring to a boil and stir until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and let the syrup cool for at least 30 minutes.
- In a large pitcher, mix in the cooled syrup, rosé wine, orange juice, peach nectar, brandy, Grand Marnier, raspberry liqueur, and lemon juice.
- Stir in the fresh fruits: raspberries, strawberries, peaches, lemon, lime, and orange slices.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 8 to 12 hours.
- Before serving, stir again, pour over ice, garnish with mint, and enjoy!
Notes
Use high-quality rosé wine for the best flavor.
Customize the fruit based on seasonal availability.
For fizz, consider adding club soda or sparkling water right before serving.
