These vibrant Red, White, and Blue Ice Cubes are a fun addition to any summer drink. Made with natural ingredients, they’re visually striking and refreshing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 large strawberries, stems removed
  • ⅓ cup water
  • ⅓ cup + 2 Tbsp coconut milk (light)
  • ⅓ cup + 2 Tbsp water (for blue layer)
  • ½ teaspoon blue butterfly pea flower powder

Instructions

  • Blend strawberries with ⅓ cup water until smooth.
  • Pour over ½ tablespoon of strawberry puree into ice tray cavities and freeze for 1.5 hours.
  • Spoon light coconut milk over the frozen strawberry layer and freeze for another 1.5 hours.
  • Mix ⅓ cup + 2 Tbsp water with blue butterfly pea flower powder and pour over the white layer. Freeze for 2.5 hours.

Notes

Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor and color.
Ensure each layer is fully frozen before adding the next.
Silicone trays make removing the ice cubes easier.
