Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet.
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add egg, vanilla extract, and red food coloring, mixing until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips evenly.
- Spoon dough into skillet and press evenly.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly underbaked.
- Cool for a few minutes and serve warm with ice cream and hot fudge.

Ensure butter is softened for better mixing.
Let the cookie cool to allow it to firm up.
Adjust the red food coloring for desired vibrancy.
