- 1 cup marshmallow fluff

Instructions
- Heat the whole milk, half and half, and granulated sugar in a saucepan until simmering.
- Add semisweet and white chocolate chips; stir until melted and smooth.
- Incorporate pure vanilla extract and optional red food coloring; stir until combined.
- In a bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Fold in marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract; whip until stiff peaks form.
- Pour the hot chocolate into mugs and top with marshmallow whipped cream.
Notes
Use high-quality chocolate chips for better flavor.
Adjust red food coloring to your preference for more or less vibrance.
Fresh marshmallow whipped cream is key to great texture and taste.
