Instructions
- Prepare the raspberry puree by blending and straining fresh or thawed raspberries until smooth.
- Mix chilled raspberry puree with freshly squeezed lemon juice in a bowl.
- Spoon the mixture into champagne glasses and top with chilled rosé champagne.
- Garnish with fresh or frozen raspberries and mint leaves.
