Instructions
- Boil 1 cup of water in a pot and add ramen and bacon.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, then let noodles rest for 2 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together egg yolk, Parmesan, and black pepper.
- Combine noodle and bacon mixture with the egg mixture, stirring well.
- Plate and garnish with additional Parmesan, pepper, and scallion greens.
