  • 2 tbsp capers, drained
  • ¼ tsp red chili flakes
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water per package instructions.
  • Heat oil in skillet, add anchovies, and melt for two minutes.
  • Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds; add tuna and heat through.
  • Pour in boiling pasta water and let simmer.
  • Add tomato passata and capers; simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  • Combine cooked pasta with sauce; toss to coat.
  • Adjust seasoning and serve with parsley garnish.
