- ⅓ cup pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup raw honey (substitute maple syrup for vegan option)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix thoroughly until the mixture is well combined.
- Scoop and roll into approximately 24 small balls.
- Freeze for about 10 minutes to set.
Notes
Adjust the sweetness by modifying the honey or maple syrup.
If the mixture is too dry, add more almond butter or pumpkin puree.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
