Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugars until smooth, then add egg yolks, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract.
  • Gently fold in the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until just combined.
  • Spread the batter in the prepared pan and swirl in spoonfuls of Nutella.
  • Bake for 28–32 minutes, until the edges are set and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
