- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup Nutella, warmed slightly for easier swirling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugars until smooth, then add egg yolks, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until just combined.
- Spread the batter in the prepared pan and swirl in spoonfuls of Nutella.
- Bake for 28–32 minutes, until the edges are set and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool completely in the pan before slicing.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for better mixing.
Adjust Nutella amount based on desired richness.
