Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Cream softened butter and 1/4 cup sugar, mix in flour, and press into pan. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese with the remaining 1/2 cup sugar, then spread over cooled crust.
- Prepare pumpkin pudding and spread over cream cheese layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for smooth mixing.
Add pumpkin pie spice to enhance pumpkin flavor.
