- 10 slices of brioche bread
- Maple syrup (for serving)
- Butter and powdered sugar (for serving)
Instructions
- Whisk eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl until smooth.
- Preheat griddle to medium heat and grease with butter.
- Dip each slice of bread in the mixture, coating both sides without soaking.
- Cook on the griddle until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Notes
Use a shallow dish for soaking for better coverage.
Avoid cooking at too high a temperature to prevent burning.
Substitute brioche with gluten-free bread if needed.
