Instructions
- Combine heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl; whisk until smooth.
- Mix in pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice, refrigerate until ready.
- Fill a glass halfway with ice, pour in cold brew concentrate and water; stir gently.
- Blend ¼ to ½ cup pumpkin cream until fluffy and thick.
- Pour cold brew into a glass, top with pumpkin cream foam, and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.
Notes
Use cold heavy cream for the best whipping results.
Adjust the amount of pumpkin cream for desired foam richness.
Can be prepared ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
