- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 2 tsp vanilla syrup (divided)
- 6 oz cold brew coffee
- Pumpkin spice (for topping)
- Crushed ice
Instructions
- Combine heavy cream, pumpkin puree, and 1 tsp vanilla syrup in a bowl.
- Whip the mixture for 1.5 to 2 minutes until frothy.
- Fill a tall glass halfway with crushed ice.
- Pour cold brew coffee over the ice.
- Mix in 1 tsp vanilla syrup and stir well.
- Spoon the pumpkin foam over the cold brew.
- Sprinkle pumpkin spice on top.
Notes
Use freshly made cold brew for better flavor.
Adjust sweetness by adding more vanilla syrup to taste.
Plant-based alternatives can be used for a vegan version.
