Ingredients

  • 2 tsp vanilla syrup (divided)

Instructions

  • Combine heavy cream, pumpkin puree, and 1 tsp vanilla syrup in a bowl.
  • Whip the mixture for 1.5 to 2 minutes until frothy.
  • Fill a tall glass halfway with crushed ice.
  • Pour cold brew coffee over the ice.
  • Mix in 1 tsp vanilla syrup and stir well.
  • Spoon the pumpkin foam over the cold brew.
