Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare three 5×9-inch bread pans.
- Beat eggs until foamy.
- Mix in vegetable oil, water, orange juice, and pumpkin puree.
- In another bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
- Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Prepare cream cheese filling and mix until smooth.
- Layer pumpkin batter and cream cheese filling in the pans.
- Bake for 20 minutes, rotate, and continue baking for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool in pans for 1 hour before slicing.
Notes
Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for better mixing.
