- 1 package (12-count) Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 3 cups (747 g) pulled pork, warm
- ½ cup (140 g) barbecue sauce, plus more for drizzling
- ¼ cup (½ stick / 57 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 ½ cups (375 g) coleslaw, homemade or store-bought
- Poppy seeds, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the dish.
- Combine warm pulled pork with barbecue sauce in a bowl.
- Spread the pulled pork mixture over the bottom half of the rolls.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
- Whisk together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncovered for an additional 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, add coleslaw, and replace the top half of the rolls.
- Serve warm with extra barbecue sauce.

Adding spices like smoked paprika can elevate the flavor profile.
