- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1 tsp Chili Powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 C (140g) BBQ Sauce of Your Choice
Instructions
- Mix the BBQ seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
- Coat chicken thighs with olive oil and seasoning blend.
- Sear chicken in Instant Pot on sauté function until golden brown.
- Pour BBQ sauce over chicken and pressure cook on high for 5 minutes.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and mix with sauce.
- Optional: Broil for crispy edges if desired.
Notes
Marinate chicken in seasoning for 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
Use high-quality BBQ sauce for the best results.
