  • 1/2 C (140g) BBQ Sauce of Your Choice

Instructions

  • Mix the BBQ seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
  • Coat chicken thighs with olive oil and seasoning blend.
  • Sear chicken in Instant Pot on sauté function until golden brown.
  • Pour BBQ sauce over chicken and pressure cook on high for 5 minutes.
  • Shred the chicken using two forks and mix with sauce.
