Instructions

  • Defrost puff pastry until pliable.
  • Prepare egg wash with egg and water.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Unroll the puff pastry and cut into rectangles.
  • Wrap each hot dog with pastry, sealing edges.
  • Place on the baking sheet seam-side down.
