Instructions

  • Heat sesame oil in a soup pot over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic, ginger, and white parts of green onions for 2 minutes.
  • Add broth and bring to a low boil over medium-high heat.
  • Add frozen potstickers and boil gently for 1 minute. Stir gently for even cooking.
  • Reduce heat to medium and let the soup simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Stir in chopped bok choy and soy sauce, simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with green onions, cilantro, sesame seeds, and optional chili oil or red pepper flakes.
