- 1 (13.8 ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 3/4 cup mini pepperonis
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Grease a standard 12-cup muffin tin.
- Roll out and cut pizza dough into 12 squares, press into muffin cups.
- Add a pinch of mozzarella cheese and 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce to each cup.
- Layer more mozzarella cheese and mini pepperonis on top.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
Notes
Ensure muffin tin is well-greased to avoid sticking.
Don’t overfill the cups to prevent spillage while baking.
