- 1/4 cup brewed coffee or espresso (60g)
- 2 tbsp pistachio butter or pistachio cream (30g)
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup or sweetener of choice if desired
Instructions
- Combine milk, pistachio butter, and sweetener in a saucepan and stir to mix.
- Heat over medium heat until hot, aiming for a temperature of 150°F (65°C).
- Turn off the heat and add vanilla extract, stirring well.
- Blend the mixture with a whisk or milk frother until small bubbles form.
- Pour hot espresso or strong brewed coffee into a mug and layer the milk foam on top before serving.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the sweetness according to your taste.
Use any milk of your choice for a dairy-free version.
For a stronger flavor, increase the pistachio butter amount.
