Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse and pat dry the salmon fillets, placing them skin-side down on a baking sheet.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix garlic, olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and honey to create the marinade.
- Spread ¾ of the marinade on the salmon.
- Combine pistachios with remaining marinade and apply over salmon, pressing gently.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until flaky, and let rest for 5 minutes.
Notes
Ensure pistachios are coarsely chopped for the best texture.
Adjust honey sweetness to your preference.
Check for salmon doneness at 145°F for safety.
