- 11 ounces white chocolate chips (1 bag)
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil (or another neutral-tasting oil)
- 5–10 drops natural red food coloring
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
- Combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
- Add red food coloring to achieve desired pink hue.
- Dip each strawberry into the chocolate, letting excess drip off.
- Place dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
Notes
Ensure strawberries are completely dry for best results.
You can customize the hue by adjusting the food coloring.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
