  • Total Time: 50 minutes
  • Yield: 9 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice, from about 8 to 10 lemons
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 3 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 ½ cups (300 g) granulated sugar
  • 2 cups club soda, optional
  • Ice, for serving
  • Lemon slices
  • pineapple chunks
  • Fresh mint sprigs

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the lemon juice and cold water.
  2. Stir in the pineapple juice until well mixed.
  3. Add the granulated sugar and stir well until completely dissolved.
  4. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
  5. Just before serving, stir in the club soda (if using) for light bubbles. This step is optional but adds a refreshing texture.
  6. Fill glasses with ice, pour the punch over the top, and garnish with lemon slices, pineapple chunks, and a sprig of fresh mint if desired.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness by altering the amount of sugar to taste.
For an added twist, try adding other fruits into the punch for extra flavor.
The punch is best served chilled, so refrigerate it for a while before serving.
