Instructions
- Slice kielbasa into ¼-inch thick pieces, leaving some uncut at the bottom.
- Cut into 1-inch bite-sized pieces to create about 40 bites.
- Combine kielbasa and pineapple chunks in a bowl, tossing gently.
- Mix reserved pineapple juice, molasses, and brown sugar in another bowl.
- Pour sauce over the kielbasa and pineapple, coating thoroughly.
- Air fry at 400°F for 7-9 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Ensure not to cut all the way through the kielbasa for easy eating.
