- 1/2 cup coconut rum
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 7 maraschino cherries (adjust based on cup size)
Instructions
- Bring 2 cups of water to a rolling boil.
- Combine boiled water with pineapple Jello powder in a mixing bowl and whisk until fully dissolved.
- Add cold water and coconut rum to the mixture and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into Jello shot cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Top with shredded coconut and a maraschino cherry before serving.
Notes
Ensure the Jello is completely dissolved for a smooth texture.
Adjust rum quantity based on desired strength by reducing cold water.
