- 9 Slider Rolls or tray buns
- 1/4 cup Pesto
- 2 cups Cooked Shredded Chicken
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Spray an 8×8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Slice slider rolls in half and arrange bottom halves in the baking dish.
- Spread 1/4 cup pesto over the bottom halves.
- Evenly distribute 2 cups of shredded chicken on top of the pesto.
- Sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella cheese over the chicken.
- Cover with top halves of the slider rolls and press down.
- Whisk together melted butter, garlic salt, and parsley.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the tops of the sliders.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove foil to brown tops, then serve warm.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
Feel free to substitute cheese to your liking.
Cover with foil during baking to retain moisture.
