Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Thaw the puff pastry for about 40 minutes.
- Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, pesto, and garlic powder in a bowl until creamy.
- Place puff pastry on a baking sheet and spoon filling into the center.
- Fold corners of the pastry to the center, sealing the filling inside.
- Brush the pastry with an egg wash made from beaten egg and water.
- Bake for 20-24 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool, then serve with crackers or veggies.
