Instructions
- Melt semisweet chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Spread melted chocolate onto parchment paper, shape into a rectangle, and chill for 10 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate in the microwave, stir in peppermint extract.
- Pour white chocolate over set semisweet layer and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle crushed candy canes over the top, pressing gently.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes until set, then cut into pieces.
Notes
