Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch round pie pan with cooking spray.
- Arrange the thinly sliced pears in the bottom of the pie pan.
- In a blender, mix melted butter, eggs, milk, kosher salt, granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the custard mixture over the arranged pears evenly.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until the custard is golden brown and firm.
- Cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and serve.
