  • 1 (14 oz) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9×13 baking pan with foil and cooking spray.
  • Mix melted butter with granulated and brown sugars until creamy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  • Mix in baking soda, salt, and flour gently to avoid overmixing.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • In a separate bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Press half of the cookie dough into the pan.
