Instructions
- Whisk together lemon juice, pesto, honey, salt, and pepper to prepare the vinaigrette.
- On a large plate, arrange the sliced tomatoes, mozzarella, and peach wedges artfully.
- Add fresh basil leaves for garnish.
- Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and finish with balsamic glaze.

Choose ripe, in-season peaches and tomatoes for the best flavor.
Feel free to substitute burrata for mozzarella for a creamier texture.
