- 1 bottle (750 ml) Sauvignon Blanc (or any white wine of your choice)
- ¾ cup (177 ml) white rum
- ¼ cup (59 ml) peach schnapps
- 4 cups (948 ml) lemon-lime soda (regular or diet)
- 16 ounces frozen peaches or 5–6 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine Sauvignon Blanc, white rum, and peach schnapps; stir gently.
- Add sliced peaches to the mixture.
- Refrigerate for up to 8 hours to blend flavors.
- Just before serving, add lemon-lime soda and stir gently.
- Serve over ice, garnished with a peach slice or mint.
Notes
Choose a good quality but affordable white wine.
Infuse with a splash of brandy or gin for added flavor.
Adjust the sweetness by modifying the amount of peach schnapps or selecting a sweeter wine.
