  • ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup (180 g) sour cream
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) milk
  • 1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 23 tablespoons (3045 ml) milk

Instructions

  • Combine diced peaches with sugar, cinnamon, and ginger or nutmeg; let sit.
  • Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Cream butter and sugars together, then add eggs and vanilla extract.
  • Gradually mix wet and dry ingredients, alternating with sour cream and milk; fold in peaches.
  • Fill muffin liners with batter and bake at 400°F (205°C) for 18-22 minutes.
  • Whisk together glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled muffins.
