- 2 cups sliced peaches (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- Fresh lemon slices for garnish
- Fresh peach slices for garnish
Instructions
- Combine sugar, 1 cup water, and peaches in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Strain the peach syrup and cool completely.
- In a pitcher, mix lemon juice and the cooled syrup with remaining water.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fruit slices.
Notes
Use ripe peaches for the best flavor.
Adjust sugar based on sweetness preference.
For stronger peach flavor, steep syrup longer.
