- 1 cup hibiscus tea (steeped and chilled)
- 1 cup peach tea or peach juice (chilled)
- 1–2 tbsp honey, sugar, or hibiscus syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Optional garnish: edible flowers, peach slices, mint leaves
Instructions
- Steep hibiscus petals in hot water for 5-7 minutes, strain and chill.
- Brew peach tea in the same manner or use chilled peach juice.
- Fill tall glasses with ice, pour hibiscus tea first for the bottom layer.
- Slowly add peach tea or juice to create layers.
- Garnish with peaches, flowers, or mint, and serve immediately.
Notes
Chill all ingredients to maintain the drink’s refreshing quality.
Adjust sweetness to your taste with honey or sugar.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
