- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup peach preserves
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Place the ham cut side down in a shallow roasting pan.
- In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, peach preserves, white wine vinegar, and spicy mustard. Heat until bubbling, then simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Spoon half of the glaze over the ham.
- Bake uncovered for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Spoon the remaining glaze over the ham and bake for an additional 15-30 minutes, until a meat thermometer reads 145°F (63°C).
- Let the ham rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Check for doneness with a meat thermometer.
Let the ham rest before slicing to maintain juiciness.
Consider brushing additional glaze on during baking for extra flavor.
