Instructions

- Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
- Slice the peach and prepare cream cheese.
- Mix honey, lemon juice, cinnamon, and ginger.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and roll out the dough.
- Cut dough into squares and shape them for tarts.
- Layer cream cheese and peach slices in the tarts.
- Brush edges with heavy cream and sprinkle cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until golden brown.
