Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Unwrap caramels and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 5 minutes to soften the caramels.
- Mix peanut butter and marshmallow creme until creamy in a bowl.
- Add softened caramels to the peanut butter mixture and mix until smooth.
- Pour roasted salted peanuts into a shallow bowl.
- Scoop the mixture, form logs, and roll in peanuts to coat.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Notes
Watch caramels while softening to ensure they don’t melt.
For added flavor, consider including vanilla extract in the mixture.
