- 2 (3.4 oz.) boxes instant cheesecake pudding
- 3 1/2 cups milk
- 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (or more to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Blue food coloring
- Red food coloring
- Sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven as per cake mix instructions and grease a baking dish.
- Prepare the cake batter according to the box.
- Divide the batter, color portions with red and blue food coloring.
- Create small droplets of each colored batter in the dish and swirl gently.
- Bake the cake as per box instructions and check for doneness.
- Cool and poke holes with a wooden spoon handle.
- Make cheesecake pudding, pour over the cake to fill holes.
- Whip heavy cream with vanilla and powdered sugar, then spread on top.
- Garnish with sprinkles and chill before serving.
