- 32 oz cream cheese (4 8oz blocks), softened
- 1 cup granulated white sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 36 Golden Oreos
- ⅓ cup red, white, and blue jimmies sprinkles
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add eggs one by one, mixing until just blended.
- Gently fold in the sprinkles.
- Prepare muffin tin with cupcake liners and place one Golden Oreo in each.
- Fill muffin liners with cheesecake batter about ¾ full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool completely and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve topped with whipped cream and sprinkles.
Notes
Make sure cream cheese is softened for easy blending.
Avoid overmixing after adding eggs to maintain light texture.
Chill completely after baking for best texture.
