- ½ cup cold water (for blooming gelatin)

- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 box of red Jell-O (e.g., cherry or strawberry)
- 1 cup boiling water
- ½ cup cold water
- ½ cup vodka (optional, omit for non-alcoholic version)
- Whipped cream
- Red, white, and blue sprinkles
Instructions
- Dissolve blue Jell-O in boiling water, stir in vodka (if using), and mix in cold water.
- Pour the blue mixture into shot glasses and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold water, let bloom, then add boiling water and sweetened condensed milk.
- Cool the white mixture to room temperature, pour over blue layer, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Dissolve red Jell-O in boiling water, mix in vodka and cold water.
- Once the white layer is set, pour the red mixture over and refrigerate for another 2-3 hours.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
Notes
Ensure each layer is fully set before adding the next to maintain distinct layers.
For a fun twist, try using flavored vodka in the alcoholic version.
