- 6 ripe passion fruits
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (from about 6–8 lemons, depending on size)
- 1 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 6 cups cold water, plus more for adjusting sweetness

- Lemon slices and passion fruit pulp, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cut passion fruits in half and scoop pulp into a sieve over a bowl to extract juice.
- Squeeze lemons to get 1 cup lemon juice.
- Optionally, create simple syrup by dissolving sugar in water over heat.
- In a pitcher, mix lemon juice, sugar (or syrup), and cold water. Stir until dissolved.
- Adjust sweetness to taste with more sugar or water.
- Add passion fruit pulp to the lemonade mixture and stir gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and passion fruit pulp if desired.
Notes
Choose ripe passion fruits with wrinkled skin for best flavor.
Adjust sugar based on personal taste preference, as lemon tartness varies.
Store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
