Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

This roasted cauliflower is the perfect blend of crunchy and creamy. With its nutty parmesan topping, it’s an ideal side dish for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Prepare a rimmed cookie sheet with nonstick spray.
  • Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  • Toss florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese.
  • Spread florets evenly on the baking sheet.
