  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Shuck the corn and cut the cobs for easier handling.
  • Coat the corn with vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt.
  • Mix softened butter, Parmesan, parsley, roasted garlic, and garlic powder to create the garlic butter.
  • Grill the corn, turning every 5 minutes until tender and charred.
  • Toss grilled corn with garlic butter until coated.
