- 4 ears of corn, shucked and husked

- Coarse kosher salt, to taste
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon minced roasted garlic
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Shuck the corn and cut the cobs for easier handling.
- Coat the corn with vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Mix softened butter, Parmesan, parsley, roasted garlic, and garlic powder to create the garlic butter.
- Grill the corn, turning every 5 minutes until tender and charred.
- Toss grilled corn with garlic butter until coated.
- Serve immediately with extra garlic butter on the side.
Notes
Choose fresh, in-season corn for the best flavor.
Allow the corn to develop a nice char for the best taste.
Adjust the garlic amount based on personal preference.
