Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • 1 ½ cups grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Boil ½ inch of water in a frying pan and steam broccoli for 2 minutes.
  • Rinse broccoli under cold water and drain.
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, chili flakes, salt, and pepper, then toss broccoli.
  • Press the broccoli into grated parmesan on the baking sheet.
  • Roast for 20–25 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
  • Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
