- 1 ½ lb broccoli, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- ¼ teaspoon chili flakes
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 ½ cups grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Boil ½ inch of water in a frying pan and steam broccoli for 2 minutes.
- Rinse broccoli under cold water and drain.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, chili flakes, salt, and pepper, then toss broccoli.
- Press the broccoli into grated parmesan on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Cut broccoli into uniform pieces for even cooking.
Adjust spices to personal taste preferences.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
